EUR base prices. Loading the latest exchange rates…
EUR is our base currency. Indicative PLN and USD prices use the latest published NBP reference rates plus a 3% currency buffer, rounded up to the nearest 0.01. This buffer is included in the displayed converted price and is separate from VAT. Your accepted quotation fixes the payable amount and currency.
Additional capacity and optional support are quoted for the agreed annual term. Any priority support hours and response targets must be agreed in writing.
Prices shown are net and exclude applicable taxes. Polish sales are subject to 23% VAT. The applicable VAT treatment for international business customers is confirmed in the quotation and invoice. Hardware, third-party software/licensing and out-of-scope integration work are not included unless stated in a written quotation. Published website prices are indicative; an accepted written quotation or customer agreement governs the final commercial scope.
Trial licenses can be issued for 7, 14 or 21 days after deployment review.
A typical trial is limited to 1 outlet, 2 kitchens and 1 printer, allowing the property to validate workflow before a commercial decision.
